Filling the day with a vibrant light
Signalling the start to the day
Welcoming others that come our way.

 

White, white all around
Everywhere you look it can be found
Contrasted with green, takes on a beautiful sheen
A sight as majestic as a queen.

Shalini reminds us that everything has a role in nature

Each of nature's creations has a reason
It comes to life in its own season
Tells us for everything there is a time and place
Allows us to fully understand its space.

Shashi went a wandering, can I say, and brought in 

A sprig of flowers waving a cheerful hello
The one that was first greeted must be a real lucky fellow
Found dotting the countryside
They light up many a walk and ride.
