The US Election is complete, votes have been cast, counted, allocated, the winner declared. The 46th US President has been chosen. Democracy, unity, liberty, equality and more values held dear are surging back and if the US can do it, can others be far behind?

And this cart overflows the bin
Bright colors of different flowers blend
Harmonies, vibrancy, fragrances meld
We humans should listen to flowers
Imbue into ourselves their steadfast powers
Learn to sway, bend and bow
With life's changes easily flow
Yellows, oranges, pinks, whites and reds
All together, moving ahead!
Sai, our framer wasn't far behind
The flower speaks to the day
Open, face tilted to the sun all the way
Pink edging a white glorious
A brilliant beauty sleek, fearless
Shalini is venturing into new arenas, bringing forth unlikely dilemmas: Real? Unreal? Who knows. But beautiful? Definitely

A creation from some haven has in flown
Crinkled edged purple fronds
Seeing it the heart responds
With a deep sigh
Rest and peace is nigh!
Like another time before Vivek and Shalini's pix seem to be in the same color-family. Photography, like any other art teaches you patience. I finally got the actual color in the center pic.

My cousin has flowers of all kinds
Around seasons her garden blooms
Walking through it grants peace of mind
The vibrancy and vividness chase away all gloom
Roses are as fragile or hardy as they care to be
Whether on a creeper, plant or wrapped around a tree
Colors wondrous, colors bright
Their radiance sets gardens and minds alight
